AtQuickConnect operates as a B2B lead generation platform where we provide qualified business leads to our subscribed users. Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate access to leads upon subscription, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for our subscription plans, except under the specific circumstances outlined in this policy.
By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
2.1 Voluntary Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
2.2 Immediate Effect: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service and any unused leads until the end of your paid billing period.
2.3 No Pro-rated Refunds: We do not provide pro-rated refunds for cancellations mid-billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
2.4 Cancellation by AtQuickConnect: We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription immediately for violations of our Terms and Conditions, with no refund provided.
3.1 General Policy: All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once you have paid for a subscription plan and gained access to our lead database, no refunds will be issued under normal circumstances.
3.2 Digital Service Nature: Our service involves providing immediate access to digital leads and business opportunities. As such, we cannot retrieve or "un-deliver" leads once they have been provided to your account.
3.3 Non-Usage: Failure to utilize the leads provided does not constitute grounds for a refund. We provide access to leads; your engagement with those leads is at your discretion.
4.1 Limited Refund Condition: As outlined in Section 13 of our Terms and Conditions, the only exception to our no-refund policy is if we fail to provide a single qualified lead as defined in your subscription plan for three (3) consecutive months.

6.1 If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact our billing department within 30 days of the charge date.
6.2 We will investigate all billing disputes and respond within 10 business days.
6.3 Verified billing errors will be promptly corrected and refunded if necessary.
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Material changes will be notified to current subscribers via email.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
