2.2 No Shipping Required: As a digital service, there are no physical products to ship, no delivery addresses required, and no shipping timelines to consider.

2.3 24/7 Availability: Once subscribed, you can access your leads through our web platform at any time, from anywhere with internet connectivity.

3. Lead Delivery Frequency

8. Service Interruptions

8.1 Scheduled Maintenance: We may perform scheduled maintenance that could temporarily interrupt access to the platform. Advance notice will be provided whenever possible.

8.2 Unscheduled Downtime: In case of unexpected service interruptions, we will work to restore access as quickly as possible. Lead generation continues during most outages.

8.3 No Service Credits: Temporary service interruptions do not qualify for service credits or refunds, as lead access is restored once service resumes.
